This article provides steps on how to upgrade Junos software on SRX devices via the MIST Platform.

Below are the steps to upgrade Junos software on SRX devices via the MIST Platform:

1. Go to WAN Edges and select the Site from the UI.

2. Click on the SRX that needs upgrading.

3. Once the WAN Edge Page is available, select Utilities > Upgrade Firmware.

4. Choose the upgrade version from the drop-down menu.

5. Check the options 'Reboot device after upgrade' and 'I accept the End User License Agreement' to start the upgrade.

6. Additionally, you can select the option 'Create a recovery snapshot post-upgrade' if you want to save a recovery snapshot for the upgrade image.

HA Cluster Scenario :
Both SRX devices in a WAN Edge cluster will be automatically upgraded and rebooted at the same time.
In-service software upgrade (ISSU) procedure is not supported on Mist to upgrade HA cluster nodes.
