Not able to enter AT commands in the LTE module

Access to LTE modem with command "screen /dev/ttyUSB2" is possible, however cannot run any AT command eg: "at!gstatus?" or "at!impref?"

Having trouble upgrading the LTE module

The issue is on the LTE module which is outside of the Juniper SSR scope

Please reach out to LTE Vendor for this . JTAC do not support individual hardware/modules upgrade and related errors.
