For Juniper Networks EX/QFX Series Switches managed by Juniper Mist, the "upload Photos" of devices is different from that of the APs. 

Not able to upload an image of the virtual-chassis stack on the dashboard:

Instead of uploading the images to the stack, you have to select each device on the top left corner and then you will see the option to upload the image.
