How much storage space does Juniper Security Director Cloud provide?

You can buy or free up storage by deleting data from the Data Management page.

Note: If you do not free up or add space, some of your older data will be auto-deleted.

Juniper Security Director Cloud provides the following storage space to users:

• Trial subscription: 10GB free storage space with a maximum limit of 5 devices.
• Paid subscription: 10GB free storage space for each device based on device subscription entitlement with an option to purchase multiple storage subscriptions worth 1TB each. For example, if you purchase 10 storage subscriptions, you get 10TB of storage space.

If a customer purchases 100 device subscription entitlement and adds it to the SD Cloud portal, they will get 100 * 10GB storage space i.e. 1 TB.

Users can view their allocated and used storage in SD Cloud portal Dashboard by the name Overall Storage as below (Add the widget of not available):

In the below example, a customer purchased 200 device subscription entitlement so their overall storage limit is 2TB and they have used 1.4TB of it.

From the above Dashboard widget, you can check the allocated Disk / Storage space and used Space.

If the widget is not added then you can manually add it from Dashboard, click on the (dots) and drag and drop the "Overall Storage" widget to dashboard.

Note: After 70% of your licensed storage capacity is consumed, Juniper Security Director Cloud notifies you in the following manner to purchase additional storage or free up storage:

• Displays notifications when you log in to the portal.
• Sends e-mail notifications every day.

If you do not purchase additional storage or free up the existing storage after your storage usage reaches 110% of the capacity, Juniper Security Director Cloud automatically deletes data based on first-in-first-out basis to reduce the storage usage to 90%.
