This article explains why users are unable to run searches or apply filters on logs in the SD Cloud UI for periods longer than 30 days.
The error message seen in the GUI is "Selected time range should be within 30 days from current date".
Security Director Cloud has a built-in limit on the number of days for which a filter or search can be applied to logs. By default, this limit is set to 30 days.
If logs are needed for a period longer than 30 days, multiple filters must be used, each covering a maximum range of 30 days, until the full desired timeframe is retrieved.
