Process to adopt Switches in your Mist Organization.
Step 1:
Open your Mist Dashboard, go to Organization -> Admin -> Inventory -> Switches -> Adopt Switches.
The Switch Adoption window will pop up. Click on "Copy to Clipboard" to copy the CLI adoption commands for your organization.
Step 2:
Access your switch CLI (console in if necessary), then access the config mode and paste the CLI adoption commands as follows:
> edit
# load set terminal
<paste the CLI adoption commands>
once the commands are copied, hit enter.
then, hit ctrl + D.
#commit
At this point, the switch will show up on your Organization Inventory after a few minutes.
