Description

Uplink ports are not coming up, both uplinks appeared down. Uplinks were reseated but they remained down. The switch was powered Cycle in order for it to come online.

Symptoms

Solution

Problem is due to a watchdog SPI transaction causing the interface problem, and will be addressed via new FPGA version.
