Description

This article provides information about an issue seen on QFX10002-60C devices where after the upgrade the interfaces are down physically. This article also applies to PTX10K as it has the similar architecture.

Symptoms

1. Interfaces are down after the upgrade while FPC shows online.
2. Following logs seen on the device

Solution

This is a transient hardware error with the PECHIP and it is cleared with a reboot.
