Solution

Below are the steps you need to follow when you see this problem.

1. You need to investigate RSI and Varlogs.
2. Vsensor alarms are seen when there is a problem with the values in the registers. These can be transient issues in some cases. You can ask the customer to perform a power cycle. A power cycle can resolve the issue.
3. If power-cycle does not help or the customer denies performing step 2, you can raise an RMA for the FPC 0 serial number for PTX1000.
