From the PCLI of the router 

 

#show stats worker-core packet-processing-utilization node all detail

 

#show stats worker-core packet-processing-utilization node all debug

 

From the UI of conductor 

 

Authority -> Routers ->Select the router -> Packet Processing CPU 

Number of cores are listed.
