On Junos QFX5100 and EX4600 platforms in Layer 2 Virtual Private Network (L2VPN) scenarios, when an access port flaps or the port related configuration is deactivated and activated, the traffic ingressing or egressing out of that port gets dropped.
This happens because of the failure of re-configuration of the access side port in the Packet Forwarding Engine (PFE).

This issue might be seen if the following conditions are met:* On Junos QFX5100 and EX4600 platforms* L2VPN Scenarios (L2circuit & VPWS)* L2VPN access port flap or configuration is deactivated and activated
Issue is resolved in 20.4R3-S10 junos:21.4R3-S6 and subsequent releases.
