After the site has been re-onboarded successfully, the SDWAN policy was failing on the site.

Job log shows the following issue:

• Error shows that forwading-class config is not present.
• In CSO SDWAN the COS config is not part of onboarding but has to be applied via a Stage 2 template.
• Hence, navigate to Site management and select and deploy the Stage 2 template for COS.
• Once deployed user should not see the issue and the SDWAN deployment should commit fine
