This issue typically arises due to a potential hardware malfunction within the Hard Disk. However, it's essential not to definitively label it as a hardware issue and initiate the RMA process until after attempting a USB reimage.
To address this, utilize KB30944 [juniper.net] for re-imaging the SSD to facilitate recovery. If the problem persists even after USB recovery attempts, then it indicates a probable hardware failure necessitating replacement.
