Customer is testing MX-SPC3 with MXVC and found if the AMS interface have member mams interface from member1, the SPC3 fails with error "source translation failed".

If the ams interface having member from mx-vc member 1 SPC3, the NAT source pool is not installed on that corresponding PIC.

This is a day-1 issue for MXVC with MX-SPC3. Problem has been fixed by PR1784696.
