External connectivity to Live migrated Virtual machines is affected after a Live Migration.

VMs which are live migrated face connectivity issues. In a packet capture we can see the traffic destined to the live migrated VM gets forwarded to the compute from where the VM was originally live migrated.

Workaround: vrouter-agent restart on the compute where the VMs are hosted.

Solution: Upgrade to Contrail versions 21.4L3 and later.
