This KB discusses how to open a case for cRPD.

Symptoms

It is container based image, chassis related commands are not available to get the serial number of the device.

Solution

We need to use software serial number which we get using "show system license" command

 

Example:

 

root@hostname> show system license 

 

<SNIP> 

 

Software Serial Number: <ABCDEFGH>
