BGP route advertisement singled out a specific subnet and not being advertised after RG0 failover.

+ All BGP connections are established as the issue is not related to BGP establishment rather route advertisement

+ During a RG0 failover incase of SRX cluster or a reboot of standalone box with BGP features configured, inactive routes of some routing tables will not be utilized by route advertisement an as active routes

+ Border Gateway Protocol (BGP) routes with specific subnets were not getting advertised as it was utilizing the inactive routes of the routing table.  

+ Recovery Point: resetting the BGP connection will clears the inactive routes and turn them to active routes

+ This is a infra bug addressed by PR:1774975 with list of fix releases
