On all Junos platforms with VMHOST, the device rebooted unexpectedly due to a minor corruption in the system

This issue might be seen if the following conditions are met:
 

• On all VMHOST-based platforms.
• Corruption in the system is caused by two threads on the VM guest side, trying to access the same file stored on the VMHOST simultaneously.

There is no workaround.

The fix is to upgrade to one of the below releases
