We found an issue regarding the displaying tunnel traffic utilization on the AE interface is incorrect if the AE interface has mixed multi cards or multiple FPCs.

Note: We just see the problem with tunnel traffic. The link traffic on the AE interface is still normal.

Tunnel traffic shows huge value.

This is a known issue and going to be fixed in the Paragon Automation 24.1 release.

As a workaround, we can apply the below workaround to solve the issue.

• Please download the rules files from here
• Open Paragon Automation UI, Configuration > Rules
• You should see an option called Upload rules
• Upload the above files after unzipping.
• Once you confirm the rules are updated ( there will be a field called component-id in the rules), remove all the devices from the Device group section.
• Delete the device, drop the old database in the influxdb
• Re-discover the device back and add it to the device group.
• The new data collected should not have junk values in the aggregation data.
