The customer is looking for explanation of remote monitoring messages received on an Spectrum device informing the Juniper device is crossing the threshold of 50:

The alarm indicates an increase of the CPU, but the CPU is normal on the Juniper device, there are no relevant CPU messages observed, no swap memory was in use, but noticed the CPU increased on the last 15 min utilization when the RSI was taken and returned to normal right after

Informed the customer the messages observed are informational, the CPU may spike under different circumstances such as routing updates, when running some CLI commands and so on, however the router was not under CPU pressure
