The cause is due to a transient parity issue detected in the XMCHIP on FPC.
Those kinds of errors can be of hardware nature if they are persistent, or they can be transient ones if they are cleared with an FPC reinitialization (FPC restart, MPC re-seat, device reboot).
The issue should clear after the device or affected card is rebooted/reseated.
This is an error in the Packet table block which is responsible for holding chunk-pointers of packet Head sent and received to the Lookup chip.
These chunk-pointers are maintained as linked-list in this block.
The default action here is to reboot the FPC in order to reset the PFE.
