However, if you are unable to get the Main Menu, please refer to the solution on this document.

Device is rebooted and the only options available are:

• Juniper Linux
• Juniler Linux Debug
• Juniler-Linux-Recovery

1. Please entre into *Juniper-Linux-Recovery
2. Once the device is booting as recovery, please use Ctrl C once again to interrupt the booting sequence
3. Once the recovery booting sequence has been interrupted, the Main Menu will show up:

Once on this menu, you might proceed with the regular root recover password process.
