Multicast traffic facing abnormalities like buffering and low bandwidth utilization on monitoring tools

Symptoms

  • DDOS was seen in the network from other device after applying ddos protection the issue got resolved.
  • Unicast traffic was still having problem originating from other location terminating on this node, this was later found out that there was a redundancy of the node and traffic had shifted to other node, but certain routes were not present, later we found the issue in the end customers network which had a routing issue.

Solution
