COSD core file generation on Master RE when tried to commit bulk of configuration related to add interfaces and COS config
COS config object was seen earlier while processing interface configuration

COSD core file generated as shown below

as workaround , customer needs to perform all the COS configuration at once or use commit force all the time.
customer need to have the fix of PR1772285 for permanent fix
