Description

LACP constantly flapping on several interfaces, customer decided to use force-up to avoid these flaps

Solution

On a normal scenario, force-up will be used only on one of the peers of the MC-Lag, however for EX9200 as per following documentation force-up is needed on both peers,

NOTE: For EX9200 switches, you must configure 

force-up

 on physical interfaces of both MC-LAG peers for this feature to work properly.
