Description

The MX104 has a End of Software Engineering date listed as 12/31/2025. However, it also lists 21.2 as the last supported software version. 21.2 has a End of Engineering date as 6/29/2024 Our question is when will generally available software updates stop being available? 6/29/2024, or 12/31/2025? (I.e software updates that we can download without opening a TAC Case) Thanks,

MX104 showing final version 21.2 with EOS 06/29/2024 but MX104 is EOSE until 12/31/2025

Solution

Under the Junos link https://support.juniper.net/support/eol/software/junos/ at the end of the page there is the information that

"EOE extended to 31 Dec 2025 and EOS extended to 15 Mar 2028 for MX104."
