This article describes the steps to follow to check if "PEM 0 Feed A not connected" alarm is a hardware issue.

The ACX710 report a PEM alarm like this output:

Alarm time Class Description

2023-01-01 01:01:01 CST Major FPC 0 PEM 0 Feed A not connected.

the log indicates that the PEM 0 feed A can not be detected correctly, the reason might be a power module issue, power cable or power source not functioning.

the following are the steps to further narrow down the issue.

1. power feed source is functioning?

2. power cables are connected to the device correctly?

3. the same power source and power cables work well on other devices?

after checking above all, create a JTAC case and JTAC engineer will help to determine if an RMA is required.
