This article explains the fan failure and fan running at over speed issue on SRX1500.

The SRX1500 can report fans running at high speed and fan failures.

Sample output:
Chassis environment outputs may also report cosmetic fan tray failure.

Incorrect RPM limit for SRX1500 may result in errors and incorrect fan speed. 
This is a software bug, not a hardware issue.
PR1546132 matches this issue which is cosmetic and will not affect the traffic running the device.
