The FPC can read incorrect TOD (time of the day) values from zarlink.

The following logs shows incorrect data received from zarlink:

As can be seen from the logs above within one second TOD values in seconds is completely different.

The issue fixed. The fixed releases can be checked by contacting JTAC.
