If this procedure doesn't work consider installing a new software image in order to clean the filesystem corruption, consider the methods described on https://supportportal.juniper.net/s/article/SRX-Getting-Started-Junos-Software-Installation-Upgrade?language=en_US.

If the device cannot be recovered and the filesystem cannot be cleaned consider opening a JTAC case and see if a device replacement is needed or if any other procedure can be approached.
