This article will explain about the last reboot reason:0x80000:CPU Reset and memory utilization on the device when this event occurred.
Observing last reboot reason as 0x80000:CPU Reset and the increasing memory usage may be a symptom of an underlying problem.
1.If device got rebooted due the reason of "0x80000:CPU Reset" it means that data corruption detected in the CPU caches, in main memory by an integrated memory controller and data transfer errors on the front side bus or CPU interconnect or other internal errors and reboot is required to correct these errors.
2. It is recommended to reduce the number of open CLI sessions which can reduce the unnecessary system memory consumption and cleanup the storage as well to remove unnecessary files before reboot as suggested in 1st step.
