Description

  • This is KB describes "service restorations" for the "Major Host 0 hard-disk missing in Boot List".
  • The alarm denotes a hardware issue with the SSD on the Routing Engine.

Solution

Known service restorations are:

  1. Reboot SRX
  2. Power Cycle SRX
  3. Reseat RE
