Description

There was power issue seen on ptx5000.

There are 2x PDU's and each PDU has 6x PSM.

PDU 1 failed on the router

Solution

  1. Go through the chassisd and message logs for any triggers or other problematic logs.
  2. Try unplugging and plugging the cable connections of PDU 1 and all 6 PEMs.
  3. If the above does not help, create an RMA for the problematic PDU.
