Can't add/import a new VSYS device into NSM 

Symptoms

NSM VSYS Add new device or VSYS NSM doesn't show the new VSYS after the VSYS has been added into the device via CLI This problem is noticed when you add a VSYS via CLI & then create a VSYS with the same name in NSM & try to update the device.

Solution

Import the root device again and then add the new VSYS device in NSM. Any out of band change to the VSYS requires a re-import of the root device into NSM.
