SSH stopper working after upgrading the device to 20.4 version.

 

For Juniper Networks EX series.

Solution

The default SSH root login behavior has been changed to disallow by default on Junos 18.

 

The following configuration change is required in order for root login to work again:

set system services ssh root-login allow
