Mini USB console seems stuck or disabled after switch was reset to factory defaults.
Some devices have two console ports: an RJ-45 console port and a Mini-USB Type-B console port. You can configure and manage the device using either port.
The RJ-45 console port is the active port by default on EX2300, but the Mini-USB Type-B console port needs to be activated before use.
By default, the RJ-45 console port is the active port and we must first configure the Mini-USB Type-B console port as the active port before it can be used to connect to the switch.
Use this command (and then commit the config) to configure the mini-usb console port and then reboot the device:
