Description

Several users are unable to pass traffic through SRX despite being authenticated via UAC.

Symptoms

  • Connections from some users (not all) are getting dropped by SRX due to authentication failure.
  • Authentication failures and connection drops are observed for a few users when UAC (Unified Access Control) is configured in the corresponding security policy.
  • Generally seen in an environment with high number of UAC roles.

 

Solution

This is a known issue addressed in PR- 1692398.
