Description

Is multi-factor authentication(send the OTP via SMS or E-mail) supported in the SRX. 

When the user log-in to the SRX via credential (Username/password) after successful log-in customer wants to receive the OTP via SMS / E-mail from the SRX second time authentication of the user.

Symptoms

SRX will not support the feature related to multi-factor authentication(OTP via SMS or E-mail).

Solution

>> Multi-factor authentication(OTP via SMS or E-mail or microsoft authenticator) is not supported in the SRX

>> To achieve this feature we can use Authentication Protocols (e.g. Radius,) to redirect the login request to the 3rd party authentication sever for multi-factor authentication from SRX.
