Description

When working with JTAC on your Corero SmartWall Threat Defense Director (TDD) product, JTAC may request that you share the health status page of your SWA.

Solution

Follow these steps to collect the health status of your SWA:

  1. Log into your SWA Web UI
  2. Select the System dropdown, then select Health.
  3. Collect a screenshot of the page, save it as a .jpg file and attach it to your Juniper JTAC Case.
