Solution

  • PR will apply to all Juniper QFX 5K devices, this will include QFX5100, QFX5110, QFX5200, QFX5210...
  • Issue happens after any configuration-change/protocol flapping/port flapping on an IP fabric environment, on the underlay network, you might see the destination next-hop showing as discarding and dropping packets. If this is happening, the issue might refer to the issue reported on this PR. The same seems to be easy to replicate as same happens on any change/flap on underlay network.
