Devices that have failed due to the cause of a natural disaster (Earthquake, Lightning Storm, Flood, Avalanche, Heatwave, Hurricane, Ice Storm, Fires, Lightning, Earthquakes, etc) Including Employee dropping the gear, misuse, negligence, or accident, etc). We do not issue RMAs for equipment damaged by any external factors. We only RMA our equipment when our equipment fails for unknown hardware reasons.
