Device can not be accessed and we observe management daemon not running messages.

We observe below logs after login prompt and cannot go further.

This is observed when we access SSH or console.
Since we cannot get into any prompt, we cannot restart management daemon using cli command or killing the process.

There is no known trigger identified, as we might not know when the device landed in the error condition. 
We have not observed any impact for passing traffic. Impact would be for accessing the device.

Power cycle the device to restore.
