EX3400 switch will not Powering on though we connected the power source with the device .

When the EX switch is plugged in it will not power up.  

Please perform the below mentioned checks with EX device to confirm the issue with chassis

With power disconnected pull out the uplink module and then connect the EX switch to a power source. If the EX switch powers up and boots properly there is a potential problem with the uplink module.

If it still not resolved please perform the below mentioned checks.

- Check with different power cable and power source.

- Observe the LED status of the device.

- Try performing the Hard reboot 

If it still not powered on, We can confirm that device is faulty and raise a RMA for the defective chassis.
