Description

LACP interface remains down on an EX4400 switch VC connecting a PA firewall.

Symptoms

There are no partner information read as per output of "show lacp interface". Partner information present as all "00:00:00:00:00:00" (zero). Tried to "force-up" ae0 but no help.

Solution

The ae interface came up after adjusting PA firewall LACP mode from "Passive" to "Active".
