Description
This article explains a problem with QFX10002 device where due to the FATAL ERROR the pfe is disabled.
Symptoms
1. Major PECHIP alarm is seen.
2. Following errors seen in the logs

3. Interfaces go down and does not come back up even when the FATAL alarm is cleared.
Solution
The device could be recovered after a reboot/power cycle.
