How to troubleshoot the below alarm log observed for PSU on any member of VC or on standalone switch :

Resolution Steps :
Try power draining the device to rule out transient hardware issue on the chassis.
Reseat the PEM, while re-seating, have you tried cleaning it and verified the status?
Also verify the external power source for the device and ensure there are no issues in the power/environment of the device.
If the above does not work, perform a spare test - Replace the PEM with another spare working PEM and check if that comes up without error. If yes, then we can conclude that the issue lies with the PEM. If not, then it is most likely that the issue is with the PEM slot and we need to process the RMA accordingly.
