Description

Previously, Junos 22.2R2-Sx was listed as a suggested version for QFX EVPN-VXLAN CRB and ERB however this is no longer the case. There is also a warning message while attempting to download this build that it is not recommended for EVPN/VXLAN. What is the bug/issue/reason is behind this?

Symptoms

Junos 22.2R2-Sx was removed from the list of JTAC suggested Junos versions.

Solution

The reason why 22.2R2-Sx was removed from JTAC recommended release list is that there is a memory leak issue on PFE observed which impacted several platforms. The same has been captured in PR#1721322 and shortly it will be available for the customer view. Beside a TSB will also get published with similar details.
