The JSR error logs can occur when BGP session went down, but some packets are in the socket to be reinjected.
This is normally followed by interface flap. The corresponding socket between primary and backup for this connection is closed. At the same time, there could still be data being sent inside that socket (synchronization between primary and backup for this session). These messages are related to internal socket replication between the Primary and backup RE due to NSR.
The error messages are normal and do not indicate a faulty state. To stop the messages, refer to KB9382 - How to prevent certain syslog messages from being written to the log file [juniper.net] .
