Description

The NFX150 Network Services Platform hosts virtualized network functions to provision secure, ultra-fast custom service delivery on demand. It can be used in the network edge to provide advanced routing services, or on-premises to run and chain multiple virtualized network functions simultaneously in an open NFV environment. The software-driven NFX150 platform gives the flexibility to create innovative services and automate services activation.

Key components in the NFX150 software include:

  • Junos Control Plane (JCP)

  • Juniper Device Manager (JDM)

  •  Layer 2 dataplane

  • Layer 3 dataplane, and

  • Virtual Network Functions (VNFs)
