This article provides the instructions for disabling an option in your Firefox browser so that you can use the Next Generation Digital Assistant to chat and get support.

The NextGen Digital Assistant pop-up icon is not showing up in the lower right corner of the Juniper Support Portal, Juniper home page, or Juniper Agile Licensing Portal when using Mozilla Firefox. 

In your Firefox browser, disable the 'Enhanced Tracking Protection' for a specific site, using the instructions below.
 

Juniper Support Site (Customer Care and JTAC help)

1. Go to the Juniper Support site: www.juniper.net/support

2. Click on the shield icon to the left of the address bar of the browser.

3. Toggle the Enhanced Tracking Protection button from ON to OFF .
